The Stone House sleeps 4/6 with a sofa bed available upstairs in the lounge.
Downstairs are two double bedded rooms and a large bathroom with bidet and electric shower.
Upstairs is open plan with a multi purpose stove, TV with DVD and CD player.
There is full oil fired central heating and a coal bunker for the stove.
Attached to the rear of the garage is a multi purpose wet room comprising toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and drying line. In addition, there is a radiator attached to the central heating system.
This room has been set up to enable walkers, canoeists or windsurfers the opportunity of cleaning themselves and their equipment in comfort without entering the house.
All bed linen and towels are supplied as is the electricity and heating.
Dogs are permitted by arrangement but should not be left alone in the property.
